Simplicity Normal Shipping & Delivery

Simplicity supports free shipping on order over $59. Some countries are faster than others. It depends on where you are located and how far you are from our logistic partners' warehouse. It takes around 1 to 2 days for us to process your order for shipping.

Once it is shipped, the arrival time will be:

US: 3 to 7 Business Days
UK & Canada: 7 to 12 Business Days

Shipping to a P.O. Box:

We could ship items to a P.O. Box, but we suggest you provide a street address for your shipment in order to accurate delivery during these special times*.

Return Policy

We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, please return or exchange the item(s) within 30 days of the purchase date in its original condition. Items must be returned in new, unopened and unused condition and contain all original materials included with the shipment. You need to complete the return section on your order's packaging slip and send it to us with your new, unopened, and unused item.

Non-Returnable Items:

Items that are opened, in a used condition, or beyond 30 days of delivery may not be returned. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

Refund Policy:

After your item(s) is received in our warehouse, it will be inspected. If the item is returned in new, unopened, and unused condition with the return section of the packaging slip, you will be issued a refund at the original purchase price, plus sales tax if applicable in the original payment method, minus shipping charges within four weeks of shipping your package to us.

If the return is a result of our error, please indicate that on the return packaging slip and we will issue a refund at the original purchase price plus sales tax if applicable plus shipping charges in the original payment method.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email.
